I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

Once that’s sorted, give us a call, no matter what the day or time is. We will be there shortly to get things sorted.

In the meantime, begin cleaning up any water, place a container to catch drips, and clear away important possessions from the area. If the property water is turned off, then also switch off the heating for the hot water.

Help, I don’t know where the main water shutoff valve is!

You may have been shown it as a stopcock, isolating valve or toby. This valve is normally located on the boundary near the road, usually under a blue or black plastic cover.
